The Marienheim Foundation owns the buildings Maximilanstrasse 41 and 43, the building Peter-Mayr-Strasse 1b and the Villa in the garden of the area.
The administration of these buildings and the accountancy for all areas of the foundation is carried out by the “VEWA – Stiftungs- und Gebäudeverwaltung”.
The tasks of VEWA include:
- the building management for the foundation's houses (a large part of the buildings is rented to the "SOB Tirol-School for Social Assistance" and the Tirol Kliniken GmbH)
- the accounting for the projects ALTO, TUTO and VITA
- the administration of the ALTO student apartments
