Board of Trustees & Management

The administration of the foundation is within the responsibility of the board of the Marienheim Foundation. 

The board of trustees takes important decisions for the Marienheim Foundation (resolutions on amendments to the Foundation's statutes, selection of support-worthy projects, personnel decisions on senior staff, decisions on the budget,...). 

The board of trustees usually meets five times a year and currently consists of 9 people, all of whom are volunteers for the foundation.
Chairwoman of the board of trustees is Mrs. Ursula Riccabona, MD. 

Mr. Christian Kaserer has been entrusted with the management of the company. The heads of the VITA and TUTO divisions report to the managing director. Mr. Kaserer himself is responsible for the areas VEWA (foundation and building administration) and ALTO (student housing).
